Our Mission Together - Cloverleaf CAN

Our Mission Together:

Through Cloverleaf Community Action Network (CCAN), we CAN bring people together through basic needs, resources, and human connection — because together, we CAN create a stronger, more compassionate Cloverleaf community.

Rooted in compassion, dignity, and inclusion, our mission is to uplift one another in the face of life’s challenges—whether it’s economic, employment or social barriers, substance use, mental health, suicidal thoughts, homelessness, struggles affecting daily life, or a simple desire to feel connected and united to community and one another. We believe in the power of community, and we are committed to connecting and elevating one another while helping, healing, and empowering each other—together, as ONE, by lifting one another up with our voices and actions, through human collaboration, interaction and community resources.
